What you enjoy most about being a BCDW instructor: It allows me to do something I’m very passionate about, DANCE!! Not only do I get to dance, I get an amazing workout from it. The community of women in class give me life. To see women who may not be dancers give it their all and have fun, gives me warm and fuzzies. The support system of instructors, its unfathomable how many women are in your corner encouraging you every step of the way.

Best Advice to Women: In the time of instant gratification, we tend to focus on the things we haven’t accomplished yet or don’t have. Instead celebrate and be grateful for the things you do have. Celebrate the small accomplishments through the journey. Your goal may not have been reached just yet but you have made progress towards it.
